Is This You?

Who Is This For?

Who This Is For:

  • You own an HVAC, plumbing or electrical company that does $2M or more a year.
  • You run several trucks and crews, and revenue keeps going up.
  • Your CPA calls in March with a tax number nobody warned you about, and by then it's too late to change it.
  • Your books run a few months behind, so nobody can plan your taxes while the year is still open.
  • You know your revenue, but you can't say which jobs actually make money.
  • Your income swings with the seasons, and your quarterly payments are still set off last year's numbers.

This Is Not For:

  • Employees who don't own a business.
  • Contractors whose company does under $2M a year.
  • Owners who only want a return filed once a year.
  • Anyone who wants to buy equipment they don't need just for the write-off.
  • Owners looking for shortcuts instead of a better way to run the numbers.

100% Done-For-You

Here's Everything We Do For You

How Israel's team runs your books and your taxes all year, built for contractors.

We Get Your Books Current

Our team gets your books current, then reconciles and closes them every month with cost tracked on every job, so you know which work makes money and which doesn't.

We Structure Your Entity And Pay

We go over how your company is structured and how you pay yourself as the owner, then set up your S corp and owner pay to fit. If you own more than one company, we keep them all working together.

We Time Your Equipment Purchases

We look at which trucks and equipment are due for replacing and time those purchases on purpose, so the ones you were already planning help your taxes in the right year.

We Reset Your Quarterly Payments

We set your quarterly tax payments off what you're really making this year, not last year's guess, so you stop overpaying in slow years and getting hit with penalties in big ones.

We Plan Your Retirement And Exit

We set up what you put away for your own retirement and work on what your company is worth, so the business you built turns into money you keep.

We Meet With You Every Month

You get a strategy session with our team every month and a dashboard that shows your numbers and your tax savings as they add up, so March never brings a surprise.

On The Record

Does It Actually Work?

“
These guys took over my account after I had to let go of my last CPA. They reviewed my books and found a huge mistake by my last bookkeeper. IncSight helped fix my books AND found more tax savings for our business resulting in a $69K refund back to us. They're very detailed, professional and personable.

I started working with IncSight just as my business started to take off. I had already royally screwed up my books, was a couple months behind on taxes. Israel and his team went through all my past transactions, straightened everything out, and got me back on track. I can't recommend them highly enough!

IncSight's team has been amazing (especially Israel and Lisa). After years of rag-tag accounting, our books are not only set up correctly, but can be maintained going forward. The responsiveness is too good to be this consistently true. Highly recommend.

Love working with Richard at IncSight. He is always so responsive to any question and explains everything in simple terms. We've worked with IncSight for 4yrs+ now with multiple businesses and will continue to work with them.

Still On The Fence?

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to replace my CPA?+
No. Almost every contractor we talk to already has a CPA, and that's common. Your CPA's job is to file a return for a year that's already over. Our job is to run your books and make the tax moves during the year, while they can still change what you owe.
Do I have to buy a truck I don't need to save on taxes?+
No. A write-off only saves you part of what you spend, so buying something you don't need costs you money. For a company doing $2M or more, most of the savings come from moves that cost nothing, like your entity setup, how you pay yourself and your retirement. Equipment only matters for purchases you were going to make anyway, and then it's about timing.
My income goes up and down all year. Can this still work?+
Yes, and it's one of the most common problems we see with contractors. When your books are current every month, we can see what you've really made, set your quarterly payments to match it and know in October what you'll owe in April. Uneven income makes planning matter more, not less.
My books are behind. Can you still help?+
Yes. Our team catches your books up first, with bank and credit card reconciliations, fixing how things were categorized and the month-end close, and the standard scope covers up to 12 months. Then we run them every month, so your tax moves are based on real numbers.
Is it too late to lower my 2026 taxes?+
No, but the calendar matters. Almost every move that lowers this year's taxes has a December 31st deadline, not April. In October you can still order a truck or a unit and have it running by December, but by November the lead times start deciding for you. The savings show up when your 2026 return is filed.
Who will I actually work with?+
Israel Diaz founded IncSight. He's an IRS Enrolled Agent, the highest credential the IRS awards, which authorizes him to represent taxpayers before the IRS, and he's worked with more than 500 businesses. You get a monthly strategy session with our team, and we work in English and Spanish.
How much does it cost?+
You pay one flat fee each month. For contractors doing $2M or more, our Strategic Plan runs $4,000 to $5,000 a month, there's no long-term contract and you can cancel anytime. And if you don't save at least $200K in taxes this year, you don't pay.
What happens on the strategy call?+
We start with your company: what you expect to bring in this year, how many trucks and crews you run and how you pay yourself. Then Israel goes through last year's return with you and shows you which moves still have time before December 31st and about what each one is worth. If he doesn't think we can make a real difference, he'll tell you plainly.
One Last Step

Want To See What Your Company Can Still Save Before December 31st?

On the strategy call, Israel goes through your company and last year's return with you. You'll hang up knowing which tax moves still fit this year and about what each one is worth.
